How I work
Person-centred and holistic
At the heart of Dandelion Counselling, my core modality is person-centered. I work interactively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to
meet each client’s individual needs.

In counselling, I provide a steady, compassionate space where all parts of you can be heard and valued. Together, we work at your pace, what these parts may be trying to communicate, and how we can work together to nurture understanding, self-compassion, and a sense of possibility. I believe you have the answers within yourself; sometimes it takes a little support to help find this and bring insight and perception for you to explore.
Your voice and your needs are always at the centre of our work together, to support you.

Over the years, I’ve built a wealth of knowledge through training, experience, and walking alongside many different clients. This allows me to work holistically and creatively, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities while staying grounded in what feels right for you.

A space where you’re truly heard, without judgement or pressure
Room to explore whatever arises — including uncertainty, confusion, or silence
Sessions shaped around you, not a one-size-fits-all method
